SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2024 capital budget includes funds for annual street maintenance projects. The Town uses a pavement management software (StreetScan) to identify and prioritize segments based on existing life expectancy. Staff requested bids using the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing system (aka BidNet). Bids were received on May 3, 2024. The Town received eight bids.

Segments for the 2024 project include Application of a 2" mill & overlay on portions of various roads in Vista Ridge - approximately 60,057 SY. All areas in Vista Ridge will require repairing premarked subgrade failures, profile milling, fixing cracking identified in inspections done after surface milling, adjusting valves and manholes, and replacing all pavement marking. Segments include:

* Forsythia Pl - approximately 820 SY
* Lilac Cir- approximately 3,520 SY
* Alpine Drive - approximately 9,657 SY
