SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town has received a request to amend and restate the Service Plan for the Wise Farms Metropolitan District Nos. 1-2 (District). The Amended and Restated Service Plan proposes:
1) An extension of the debt issuance deadline from October 23, 2016 to June 27, 2019.
The District encompasses approximately 170 acres of residential land located south and west of the intersection of Jasper Road and North 119th Street. The Service Plan was originally approved in October 2014. The applicants have held off on requesting an extension until a decision was made on the most recent Wise Farms Preliminary Plat. The Wise Farms Preliminary Plat was approved in March of this year.
Approval of this amendment to the Service Plan does not constitute the Town's approval of any future development plan or zoning on the subject property.
