SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Pursuant to C.R.S. 31-25-104(2.5), Boulder County and Weld County agreed to the appointment of Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer to the Urban Renewal Authority on or about March 20, 2018. Weld County adopted a resolution approving the appointment of Barbara Kirkmeyer to the Erie Urban Renewal Authority.
