SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Erie Commons PD Amendment No. 8 proposes amending language in the existing Erie Commons PD Amendment No. 7 regarding building orientations, lot dimensional standards and encroachments into setbacks. The amendment is needed to accommodate 77 townhome units in the Mixed Use Residential area of the Erie Commons neighborhood.
