STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval of resolution permitting extension of agreement with Tyler Technologies.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In June 2013 the Town entered an agreement with Tyler Technologies Inc. (“Tyler”) for a subscription to Tyler’s Incode ERP system. That agreement expires on December 31, 2018. This resolution approves the extension of that agreement for another 5 years. First year cost will be approximately $147 thousand.
