SUMMARY/KEY POINTS

                     Discuss current supplemental requests from the Trails and Natural Areas Fund to be approved by Council on April 28th

                     Current TNAF adopted budget is $2,455,313 (plus $2,227,985 in projects rolled over from 2025)

                     Requesting supplemental dollars for:

o                     Reallocating $1,700,000 from Coal Creek Reach 2 to Schofield

o                     Additional $110,000 for the Compass to Coal Creek trail connector

o                     $423,000 to fund construction of the Allan Farm trail to Prairie Run Open Space trail system

o                     $20,000 for consulting services (for appraisals and survey/title work)

o                     $473,500 to acquire Coal Miner Park (plus survey and title work)

                     Supplemental requests keep current projects going

                     Current fund balance would reflect $3,287,048 at the end of 2026
