SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The property is generally located east of County Line Road between Austin Avenue and Bonnell Avenue. The site is 2.32 acres in size. There are two applications being processed concurrently, a Special Review use for a Mini Warehouse/Self Storage use and a Site Plan for a 3 story ~99,000 SF building which also includes Office space.
