Approve the Resolution to award contract with Tri-State Fireworks.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Per direction during the Board of Trustees meeting on December 10th, staff released a Request for Proposal to launch fireworks on or near the July 4th date. Tri-State Fireworks submitted the lone bid. Staff has been proactively working with Tri-State to coordinate and launch this year’s show which is scheduled to take place on July 3rd at a location to be determined. This approval ensures the Town will have access to the materials and labor needed for a show, but provides much needed flexibility for staff to continue coordinating an appropriate launch site and logistics to keep the community safe.
