STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Direction and Acceptance from the Board of Trustees following the consideration of the Town Hall Remodel-South Wing Main Floor and Main Entrance Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) Certificate of Appropriateness.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: At the July 12th Board of Trustee Meeting the Board directed staff to offer 2-3 options and re-submit for review by the HPAB.
On Monday July 25, 2016 Staff will presented the HPAB with a rendering and three brick options. The recommendation from the HPAB will be presented to the Board of Trustees at the July 26th Board of Trustee Meeting.
Staff is prepared to move forward pending Board of Trustees direction.
