Approve the Resolution appointing new members to the SAB to fill current vacancies.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On April 13, 2021, the BOT approved Ordinance 08-2021 to allow youth members the opportunity to participate as a member with the SAB. Since that time, there have been two resignations. A recruitment period was opened from June 16 through July, 7, 2021, and four qualified applications were received. At the SAB August 4, 2021 meeting, the SAB selected two applicants for the seats.
