Body

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

On June 24, 2025, Town Council adopted Ordinance 009-2025 which conveyed Tracts H, I, and G-1 in Flatiron Meadows Filing 13 to the Town due to the regional drainage facility on the tracts. The tract associated with this ordinance, Tract A in Flatiron Meadows, Filing 5 is also a part of the group of tracts associated with the regional drainage facility.

Town staff worked with Hines (the developer for Flatiron Meadows), the Flatiron Meadows HOA, and the Mile High Flood District to ensure that the drainage channel will be improved to meet MHFD standards and to ensure appropriate ongoing maintenance of the drainage facility, the trail, and associated vegetation and irrigation.
