Approve Resolution authorizing said purchase, authorizing the appropriate Town Staff to execute purchase, and authorizing Staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2019 budget includes the purchase of new and replacement Fleet vehicles. The Capital Budget includes purchasing a replacement pickup for Parks fleet vehicle 314, a 2004 GMC 3500 Dump Truck. Each vehicle is evaluated on the basis of age, mileage, and maintenance cost. This truck meets the age and mileage. The Town received the State Bid from Spradely Barr Ford Greeley for a 2019 F-550 dump truck. This truck will take approximately ten months to put in service.
