STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends the Board of Trustees approve the resolution that adopts the 2018 Budget.

 

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The purpose of this agenda item is for the Budget Officer to submit a proposed 2018 budget to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Erie, Colorado.  The budget resolution includes a summary of expenditures and revenues for each fund for the calendar year 2018.

 

The Board of Trustees received the proposed 2018 budget on October 3, 2017 and was discussed at multiple study sessions and Board meetings.  The attached budget overview and schedules provide a narrative overview of the budget, a summary of changes in fund balance/working capital in all funds, summary and detailed budget schedules, and a schedule of changes made to the General Fund since the study session.
