SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie’s Purchasing Policy has been updated to reflect the addition of a Deputy Director of Finance, authorizing this position as a designee in the event of the Finance Director’s absence.
The policy also has updated language to comply with audit standards on grants, including confirmation of status for contractors/subcontractors with sam.gov for approval of the requisition process.
