SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: At the direction of the Board of Trustees, Town staff has had several conversations and conducted one meeting with Pinyon Environmental, Inc. in efforts to develop a proposal to assist the Town with monitoring of oil and gas operations, specifically the Pratt and Waste Connection well sites located within the town. The purpose of the monitoring would be to observe and report on compliance with CDPHE and COGCC rules and regulations pertaining to air quality and noise emissions.
