SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This IGA was requested by the Urban Renewal Authority to establish that the Town of Erie may not relinquish its rights to approve the site plan and incentive agreement for the Tebo Parcel (pursuant to the proposed Settlement Agreement with Lafayette) until the TOEURA agrees that Erie may do so.
