SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town has received a petition from the owner of the proposed Four Corners development (southwest corner of Erie Parkway and County Line Road) to establish a Business Improvement District (“BID”). Per state statute, the Board of Trustees are required to set a public hearing date for the establishment of the BID. The provided draft resolution sets the public hearing for the Board of Trustees to consider the Four Corners BID to September 13, 2016.
Approval of the resolution setting the public hearing date for the BID does not constitute the Town’s approval of any future development plan for the subject property.
