SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
A member of the Tree Advisory Board (TAB) resigned in June 2023 at which time the Town Clerk’s office immediately opened the board to receive applications. One application was received on August 19, 2023. The Town Clerk’s Office reviewed the application to ensure the individual met the requirements and then forwarded to TAB members to review. On December 13, 2023, the Town Clerk’s Office received a recommendation from TAB to offer the position to the applicant, Amanda Westendorf.
