SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

 

Staff is requesting approval of this supplemental agreement to the Redevelopment Reimbursement agreement for 526 Birdhouse in order to reimburse the developer for storm water improvements on the 500 Block alley that will add capacity and improvements to our system and will support future anticipated expansions that will take place on the block. In addition, this supplemental will allow us to re-assign funds awarded from the original reimbursement request, and allocate them towards the remaining fee balance owed to the town.
