SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On December 08, 2021, the Tree Board recommended that the Board of Trustees appoint a new member to fill an existing vacancy on the Tree Board from a resignation by Steve Garrison. Jane Hilleren will fill the seat with the term ending on April 30, 2024.
