SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie currently owns 0.650 acres of undeveloped land in the Northridge Subdivision that is designated as Tot Lot. Approval of the attached resolution fixes the ballot title and question for the April 3, 2018 Regular Municipal Election.
If approved by voters the sale of this parcel can go forward at a selling price of $50,000. The Town will retain all existing easements and utility lines on the parcel.
