SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Crestone Peak Resources (“Crestone”) has requested Town water service for the Crestone gathering facility located at 2797 County Road 6 (northwest corner of County Road 6 and County Road 7). The subject property is located in unincorporated Weld County and not within the corporate limits of the Town.
In accordance with the Town of Erie Municipal Code, the Town may provide water taps and water service to properties outside of its corporate limits by written agreement. The attached Extra-Territorial Water Service Agreement provides the terms for said service.
