SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: OEO, LLC requests approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment located near the northeast intersection of 119^th Street and HWY 7. The amendment is necessary to align the future land designations with preliminary platted property and future platting in the Parkdale Development. The Comprehensive Plan Amendment planning area is approximately 65 acres in size.
