SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In preparation for participation in the November 6, 2018 coordinated election, staff have notified Boulder County of the Town of Erie’s intent to place a question on the ballot. In order to secure the election services of Boulder County it is necessary to enter into the attached Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA).
Per Colorado State Statute the IGA must be signed and returned to the coordinating agency by August 28, 2018.
