STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Please review and discuss the applications for the Historic Advisory Board (HPAB). Members of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) should make recommendations to fill four (4) three-year terms ending April 30, 2029.

SUMMARY/KEY POINTS
Advisory boards make recommendations for board appointments to the Town Council every two years. Four (4) positions on HPAB end on April 30, 2026.
BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Ordinance 30-2025 repealed and reenacted Title 3 of the Erie Municipal Code regarding boards, commissions, and committees. Appointments shall occur in April of odd number of years or as necessary to fill vacancies. Because of the Municipal Code update, HPAB will appoint four (4) applicants to seats with terms ending April 30, 2029.
