SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Erie Commons Filing No. 4, 3rd Amendment Site Plan is generally located near the east corner of South Briggs Street and Erie Parkway and is approximately 6.742 acres in size. The Site Plan proposes 77 single-family attached townhomes that all have alley loaded garages. 1 pocket park, separated into five areas, is included within this development. The gross residential density is proposed at 11.42 dwelling units per acre.
