SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Canyon Creek Subdivision Filing No. 10 is generally located near the southwest corner of Erie Parkway and County Line Road and is approximately 46.61 acres in size. The Minor Subdivision proposes 2 commercial lots and 2 future development tracts.
