SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Building Permit Report, Attachment A, indicates the number of new residential building permits issued to date (through March 2017) versus the building permit projections utilized in determining the 2017 budget. The Town issued 32 new residential building permits in March 2017.
For 2017 the Town has issued 141 building permits or 35 percent of the yearly projected total of 400 building permits.
The Building Permit Reports for 2016 and 2015 are attached hereto for comparison.
Attachment B indicates building permits issued in 2017 by development.
