SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Board of Trustees has directed staff to craft language for a TABOR ballot issue for the construction and equipping of a Town hall expansion and renovation project to be included on the ballot for the April 3, 2018 Regular Municipal Election. The attached resolution authorizes a TABOR Election and fixes the Ballot Question for the April 3, 2018 Regular Municipal Election.
