Approve the Development Agreement and accept dedications shown on the Final Plat for the Nine Mile Corner Amendment No. 2 Subdivision.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The Nine Mile Corner Amendment No. 2 Subdivision is located south of Arapahoe Road and east of Highway 287. It encompasses 10.24 acres and 3 lots.

The purpose of this minor amendment plat is to dedicate and relocate easements to facilitate the final design of the King Soopers to be constructed on Lot 10A of the Nine Mile Corner Subdivision, and to adjust a lot line between the commercial pad sites on Lot 8A and Lot 9A.

Action Items:
A Development Agreement has been drafted to accompany the Final Plat. It includes cost estimates for public infrastructure associated with the development of King Soopers on Lot 10A. The Board of Trustees is the approval body for both the Development Agreement and the acceptance of dedications as shown on the Final Plat.

Fiscal Impact: The development will pay building permit fees and will generate sales taxes and other taxes to the Town, County, School and Fire Districts, the revenue from which will be used to provide municipal services to support the new development.
