SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Urban Renewal Authority will consider and explore a new urban renewal plan (I-25 Plan). The new plan must obtain agreements from all taxing entities affected by the tax allocation provisions within the new plan (I-25 Plan).
