SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
During the Authority’s April 23, 2019 meeting, the Authority asked the Authority’s legal counsel and staff to summarize the negotiations to date between TOEURA and Weld County regarding the proposed I-25 Urban Renewal Plan and the County’s consideration of the IGA for that plan. Since that meeting, Weld County has scheduled (on May 28, 2019) consideration of the TOEURA’s request for Weld County to approve the proposed IGA for the I-25 URA. Staff will review the attached memo and proposed presentation materials (attached) for that meeting.
