POLICY ISSUES:
This resolution authorizes design modifications to the proposed building addition's structural system and interior layout to reduce its square footage during the Design Development phase, aligning the project with the space allocation established in the 2024 Conceptual Design. The amendment also incorporates additional design scope to ensure consistency with the Council-approved Beneficial Electrification Plan and participation in Xcel Energy's Energy Design Assistance program. No additional appropriation of funds is required.
