SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The Town Clerk’s Office opened a recruitment to applicants to fill two (2) vacancies on the seven (7) member Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB). The Clerk received a total of three (3) applications. The Chair and Vice Chair reviewed the applications and interviewed all three applicants.  Both officers recommended to the HPAB, that Daniel Meyer and Jeff Rummer be appointed.  Furthermore, they recommended that Michael Audia become a special advisor to the HPAB. On September 27, 2021 at the HPAB regularly scheduled meeting, members voted unanimously to appoint these members and to recommend the Board of Trustees ratify the appointments at the October 12, 2021 Regular Board of Trustees Meeting.
