Funding for this project is anticipated to be split 50%/50% between the South Roundabout Project and County Line Road- Erie Parkway to Mitchell Way projects due to the method of funding established as part of the construction contract identified as Schedule A and Schedule B.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Earlier this year Town staff solicited proposals for Construction Management (CM) Services to assist in providing adequate oversight of various on-going construction projects within the Town. Four firms were selected for the Towns shortlist to provide the on-call services. RockSol Consulting was identified as one of the four firms selected.
Staff contacted RockSol to request a cost for construction oversight services for the South Roundabout and the County Line Road - Mitchell Way to Erie Parkway projects based on the hourly rates identified in the CM Services agreement. Staff coordinated with Rocksol on the anticipated effort necessary for services. Work will include daily oversight and inspection services.
