SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie owns property (one 420 sq. ft. area and one 0.48 acre area) along the south side of Arapahoe Road adjacent to the future Nine Mile Corner development. As proposed by the development plan these areas would be included in the subdivision which will create the property boundaries and dedicate, right of way and necessary easements. In order to facilitate this, the Town will need to convey these properties to the Urban Renewal Authority for Nine Mile Corner so they may be included in the subdivision.
