SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town received a request by the owner of the property located 434 Holbrook Street for nomination and designation of the property as a Historic Landmark as provide for by Section 3.3.8 of the Town of Erie Municipal Code.
The request was reviewed by the Town of Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB). The HPAB determined the property meets all of the criteria for designation as a Historic Landmark pursuant to Section 3.3.19 of the Erie Municipal Code. The HPAB recommends the Board of Trustees approve the Resolution designating the property located at 434 Holbrook Street as a Historic Landmark.
