SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 5th Amendment of the Development Agreement is with Evergreen Development and the TOEURA for the 287 -Arapahoe “Nine-Mile” site. The primary purpose of this amendment is to extend the Approvals Period until February 28th, 2020. This will give the TOEURA and Evergreen Development the time necessary to create a final 6th Amendment to the Development Agreement which will reflect the terms and conditions of the Public Private Partnership which we hope to present to the board upon completion of our financial analysis which is currently in process.
