SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Review of the proposed 86.495 acre Preliminary Plat for the Meadowlark Subdivision, which is located northeast of Jay and Jasper Roads. The Preliminary Plat includes 118 single-family lots and 5 tracts for various landscaping, drainage, utility and open space purposes.
