SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This resolution designates that the election held on April 5, 2022, shall be by mail ballot. The Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Clerk, as the designated election official for the Town, to conduct the election by mail ballot, pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. § 31-10-910.responsibility and authority to appoint election judges to the Town Clerk.
