Approve the resolution to enter into said agreement, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said agreement, and authorize Staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2019 capital budget includes funds for the street maintenance reconstruction project. Four bids were received to complete work including: mobilization, traffic control, crack sealing, milling and asphalt replacement, valve and manhole adjustments, site restoration, maintenance application and striping to the areas noted below. One bid was thrown out due to a failure to acknowledge an addendum. The successful bidder was the lowest bid of the remaining three. A bid tabulation is attached.
• Mountain View Boulevard - State Highway 7 north and west approximately 6,300 linear feet to Vista Parkway (1.5” overlay)
• County Road 4 - Sheridan Boulevard west approximately 4,900 linear feet to County Road 5 (1.5” Overlay)
• County Road 5 - County Road 4 north approximately 10,440 linear feet to County Road 6 (Leveling course & 1.5” Overlay).asphalt repair as needed.
