STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Board of Trustees approve the resolution that appropriates funds for 2017
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie has adopted an annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Law on December 13, 2016. The Town has made provisions for revenue and fund balance in the amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditure as set forth in the 2017 adopted budget. It is necessary to appropriate the revenues and reserves of each fund provided in the budget, so as not to impair the operations of the Town.
