Approve the Resolution to enter into a Detention Pond Easement Agreement and authorize execution of the agreement on behalf of the Town.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On May 26, 2020, the Board of Trustees approved the Sunset Preliminary Plat ("Sunset") by Resolution No. 20-102, with the condition that the applicant, FS Erie Estates, LLC shall acquire all off-site easements necessary for the development of the property.
The Town owns property adjacent to Sunset in which off-site easements are to be located, including a detention pond easement necessary for the development of the Sunset property. The detention pond easement is consistent with the approved Sunset Preliminary Plat. The easement agreement language, legal description, and exhibit of the easement area are shown within the attached Easement Agreement.
