SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Grants to Communities Program provides funding to local non-profit organizations to support projects, programs, and events that benefit Erie and its residents. Information on the program is available on the Grants to Communities page of the Town's website.

Applications for the 2025 funding cycle opened on Sept. 1, 2024, and closed on Nov. 30, 2024. We received a total of 20 applications from 16 different organizations for a total of $105,936 in requested funds. Of the requests, $47,716 is to support events and $58,220 is to support services.
