POLICY ISSUES:
The annual Work Plan reflects Council's priorities over and above the day-to-day work required to manage normal Town operations and programs. Town Management uses the Work Plan to guide staff effort. The Work Plan includes a 30% contingency for Council meeting time to accommodate Council discussion that takes longer than planned as well as unanticipated issues that arise. The draft plan suggests there are more issues than Council has meeting time to give adequate consideration to all issues. Recommendation

Consider the draft Work Plan, identify any items for which Council wants to change priorities, and provide direction so staff can finalize the Work Plan for adoption at the next regular Council meeting.
