SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Encana Oil and Gas is proposing to install various pipelines in Town right-of-way on Weld County Road 3 and Erie Parkway. The Encroachment Licenses will grant EnCana the right to use the Town’s right-of-way for these pipelines. Staff has reviewed the pipeline plans and do not believe the pipeline will conflict with Town facilities. The agreement also allows the Town to terminate the agreement at any time with a 90 day notice.
Staff is recommending approving the resolution and authorizing the Mayor to sign the Encroachment License Agreements.
