BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Recreation Division uses Amilia Technologies USA Inc., a cloud-based registration software platform, to manage daily admission at the Erie Community Center and to administer program and activity registrations. The existing agreement is approaching its expiration date, and the Recreation Division wants to continue using the system through Dec. 31, 2030. Following review by Division staff and the Town Attorney, the updated agreement is ready for Council consideration.

The approved budget amount covers online registration services, memberships, activities and programs, facility management and rentals, and point-of-sale functions.
