Approve the resolution authorizing a services agreement with Triple M Recreation for the replacement of playground equipment at Crescent Park in the amount of $220,000.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2020 budget includes funds for the replacement of playground equipment in Erie neighborhood parks. The playground equipment located within Crescent Park in the Kenosha Farms neighborhood has been selected for replacement this year.
The design for this park has been a collaboration involving input from the Kenosha Farms HOA, feedback from the online platform Engage Erie, recommendations from the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Master Plan, and insight from staff who use the park to host various community programs. New playground equipment includes a large multi-aged play structure with shade, two modern spinning toys and a custom challenge course with seven different obstacles. Portions of the playground will also receive new safety surfacing.
As part of this project, staff applied for and was awarded a grant valued at $51,531 from GameTime playground equipment manufacturer, in partnership with Colorado Parks & Recreation Association and PlayCore.
