SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The property is generally located at the south end of Main Street and at the west end of Anderson Street at the south end of the Old Town Erie neighborhood. The Main Street Subdivision proposes 18 lots for 1 existing single family dwelling unit, 9 new single family dwelling units, 14 duplex dwelling units, 3 accessory dwelling units, a HOA facility and tracts on 4.68 acres.
