Recommendation
Approve the resolution approving the amendment in the amount of $41,321 between the Town and Design Concepts. Authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said amendment, and authorize staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the May 12th, 2020 Board meeting, the Board approved a resolution authorizing a Professional Services Contract with Design Concepts for the development of Erie Community Park - Final Phase Construction Documents. The project team has reached the halfway milestone in this process and discovered additional scope items are required to complete the final engineered documents that will be used during construction. The additional items are a result of utility conflicts that were not known at the Master Plan phase. These additional services include:
- Additional irrigation design services;
- Additional architectural design services for the existing ECP maintenance building;
- An environmental assessment;
- Additional coordination with United Power
The 2020 Parks Impact Improvement Fund has funds appropriated for the design and construction of Erie Community Park. This additional funding will cover the needed design services to finish 100% Construction Documents.
